Since most of Tracie’s top clients are second or third home buyers, she is very aware that there is a great deal of wealth being spent on lifestyle properties in resort areas from the desert oasis’ of Arizona to the beaches of Hawaii to the mountain villages of ski and golf resorts.

She has been intimately involved in dozens of exclusive resort developments as an insider on first release opportunities for her clients. This inside connection can be partly attributed to supporting her husband’s extensive background as a director and consultant for some of the top resort real estate sales and marketing companies in the world. The baby boomers today are 79 million strong in this country, and they control over 3.4 trillion dollars in the economy.
